I truly believe we all have an inner strength that when ignited can lead us to do anything. I know what it's like to feel the crippling fear of the unknown. I myself went through a high conflict custody battle spending years in the court system and over 300,000 on attorneys fees. I know what it is like to feel defeated, stressed, anxious, worried, and lost. I know what's it like to be in an abusive relationship with a narcissist who also had a severe drug problem. I also know what it's like to feel the added pressure when you have a child to protect. I am now married to the love of my life. In a healthy and beautiful marriage with my best friend. I went on to have 2 more baby girls just 10.5 months apart and I am truly living a beautiful dream life all because of the one decision I made for myself and my son to leave that toxic relationship over 9 years ago.

My experience led me to pursue my passion in helping other women leave their toxic situation, have guidance every step of the way and feel supported beyond what they could have ever imagined. I want to empower each and every woman who feels that fear, panic, doubt, worry and all the emotions in between. I want to help coach women in a way that I could have only dreamed of having when I went through the same experience. I know how lonely this can feel and I want every woman I can help to feel the courage to leave and pursue the life of their dreams. There is a beautiful life waiting for you.
